Working with Sarah last offseason and once a week during the season helped me perform at my top level. She made it fun and enjoyable and worked around my schedule. She even drove out to Anaheim to work with me on a weekly basis when my team was home. i can't wait to start again this offseason and have more continued success and pain free movement.

It is a great pleasure to recommend Sarah Howard. Sarah was a new addition to our training program this season and worked with the pitchers and catchers. Her positive energy, enthusiasm and professionalism was felt from the moment she started her sessions. By doing Sarah's program, I saw my athletes improve their flexibility, body awareness, balance, breath mechanics, self talk and focus. As a former college athlete herself, Sarah understands the demands of high level sports and would adapt as needed to where the athletes were at in their training. Working with Sarah once a week last year benefitted my performance so much that I decided to work with her two times a week this offseason. She's so much fun to be around and makes sure that I am able to do all the work on my own when I leave. She helps set up a program for me and checks in to make sure I am staying on top of my work.
