Every BODY is different. Every athlete has different needs. Some of you are beginning your athletic career. Some of you have been playing sports for 20+ years. Some of you are weekend warriors.
In this program, I've given you a range of time for each move and a suggested amount of days you use the program every week. Depending on your athletic goals and dreams, you’ll spend between 25-60 minutes, 3-6 days/week. The program can be split into multiple shorter sessions if need be.
The videos are efficient and quick so you can learn the technique then get right to work. There is no fluff. No 30 or 60 minute videos in this program. The videos range from 30 seconds to 3 minutes.
The program PDF can be downloaded and kept. The videos are hosted on Thinkific and can not be downloaded. The moves are easy to learn. After watching the videos once or twice, you shouldn’t have to keep watching them, but they are always there for a fresher!
